The Finance Manager is a key finance business partner to the global Sales and Marketing and Revenue support organizations and is a core member of a growing corporate FP&A team.

Essential Job Functions
- Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range forecast for the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on annual, quarterly, and long-range forecast of revenue.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly close activities including department variance analysis, tracking project spend, preparation of accruals and various others.
- Interface with senior management to review actuals, analyze forecast variance, identify trends and provide recommendations to drive forecast execution and accuracy.
- Be the Finance point of contact for business partners on all finance-related matters.
- Support team on Corporate FP&A processes including consolidated analysis and reporting.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, systems upgrade and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in combination FP&A, Finance or Accounting role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables
- Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive
- Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
- Demonstrated ability to business partner cross-functionally
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Team player with strong work ethic
